75 reps of things...

  1. Today was part, just PART of a SealFit workout, and it stung.

    75 reps for time of 6 things, with a few minutes rest in between... so it's like 6 different timed WODs.

    KBS, Men 55 lbs, Women 35 lbs
    Craig 2:22 (unbroken)
    Heath 3:01
    Allison 2:51
    Jason 3:14
    Chelle 3:19

    (rested 2 minutes)

    Knees to Elbows
    Craig 4:35 (I did 68 GHDs instead, stomach muscles started to tear so I had to stop, felt like I damaged something, we will see)
    Heath 7:20
    Allison 7:24
    Jason 6:59
    Chelle 7:24 (girls had a dead tie, it was awesome)

    (rested 2 minutes)

    20" box jumps

    Craig 3:03 (did stepups)
    Heath 3:40
    Allison 4:08
    Jason 3:48
    Chelle 5:21 (she is recovering from flu)

    rest a few minutes...

    95 lb power cleans (Allison 55 lbs)

    Heath 7:04 (did 10 @ 95, then backed down to 75)

    rest a few minutes

    75 burpees! YUCK! Check out Jason's time!! (he flies on these)
