I keep my rower inside the house, too humid here to keep in the garage. No room to jump over the rower. My ceilings are about a foot taller than my arms extended, so I jumped to that. round 1 36.15, 39:25 Round 2 50.93, 1:08.61 Round 3 50.11, 55.27 I was wanted sub 5 minutes, didn't get it cuz I pussed out on the second set of burpees by a second. TT 5:00.32
I jumped over the rower. Got done in 4:42. Took a few breaths after burpee 7 in rounds two and three but that was it. Thanks for posting the time to beat Dave, it always helps to have a number to shoot for. Slightly Franish feeling at the end of this one.
Hey guys... I am taking a break. Tweaked my back on that "75 reps" WOD and my forearm is still tweaked from "Alexander" doing it RX'd. So for now, I am working around the house, riding my bike, etc, for a few days.... I'll be back when it feels right, otherwise the injuries exacerbate.
Had to do this again. Having a time to go by works well. I mapped out what I needed to do based on your times Justine. Round1 41.46, 44.86 Round2 51.51, 44.65 Round3 55.30, 45.21 TT 4:42.99
Almost tied you Justin. Pacing works wonders, going out sub 40sec on the first found does not work for me yet.
That is a definite tie in my book Dave. Nice work on improving your time. My 200#s gives me the advantage on the rower and you have the advantage on the burpees. It would be a fun one to go heads up based on those times.
Get well Fletcher and stop doing seal fit. That kind of volume is for 18 to 25 year olds and it is still a lot for them.
