4 RFT 50 Squats, 40 Back Extensions, 30 Push-ups

  1. Only did 2 rounds so I could get my 100 squats in for today. Kind of a rest day for me. It will make a nice warm up for some mobility stuff today. TT 12:35.87

    Looking forward to the Squat, Push press, Dead lift WOD for tomorrow.

  2. First CrossFit WOD in a while... nursing the forearm, family in town, bought a new (old house) this week, and cycling.
