10 minute AMRAP Big boy box jumps and 1 legged squats

  1. Did I read that right? 40 inch box jumps? No way! I scaled way down to 20". but I did actual jumps throughout instead of step-ups. The pistols were ass to grass pretty much with a hand on the rogue rack for stability, I was standing on top of the plyo box too. I think this was 4 rounds + 10 BJs + 8 pistols. My ass and quads felt like they were locking up for a good amount of time after that. Did a bunch of stretching and it helped some...

  2. I did the 20" box jumps as well. for pistols I did them up against the box, not full functioning 1 leg squats. 7 rounds of box jumps, 6 rounds of 1 legged squats.
