Swimming Sprints (replaced by rowing sprints)

  1. I translated the 100M swims into 250M rowing sprints. The hard thing about this was the 1 minute rests.. that's a pretty short amount of time for going full tilt on the C2. Nonetheless, I did this as 10 rounds of 250M rows with damper on 5 1/2 with 1 minute rests.

    Went really damn hard on rounds 9 and 10... rounds 7 and 8 I had to let up a little bit because I was crushed. I wanted to quit after the 3rd interval... but that's how rowing sprints always go. They suck your soul out of you!
