2 minute intervals of rope climbs and ascending reps of front squats

  1. Did this with one legless 15' climb and 185# FS. Finish five rounds and just knew that one more climb would hurt my forearms so I called it. This is definitely not a pleasant combination on the forearms at all especially only one cycle removed from Elizabeth.

  2. Scaled squats to 150 lbs, last time I did FS at 185 the middle of my spine was hurting for a couple of weeks... 150 felt good. Got through the round of 14 reps at the buzzer... then I stood there for 20-30 seconds before starting the round of 16, was gassed... ended up getting the RCs + 6 squats on the round of 16.
