Monday 8/17: 5 rounds for time of: 155-lb. squat cleans, 7 reps, 14 kettlebell swings, 1.5 pood

  1. Scaled to 95 lbs Hang Squat Cleans (trying not to strain lower back), 45 lbs on the KBS. TT 8:52

  2. I actually did this one RX'd.... those squat cleans slowed me down, KBS @ 55 lbs went unbroken. 11:47. Gonna be sore on the bike ride commute to work tomorrow.

  3. Did this one again, having others participate helps drive you! Was able to do the same 95 lbs hang squat clean and the 45 lbs KBS in 8:00 flat. PR!! Next time i'll take the weight up to 115 or 125.
