As rx'd in 8:29. Think I got a PR on the first 30 but I cannot find the last time I did this workout on the blog cause it was not in synch with the main site. First 30 in 4:03 last 20 in 4:26.
Not a very great met con for me though because it just got to the point where I had to rest a little more between each rep because of strength not wind.
