  1. First time in 8 days since getting sick where I have felt like I had my lungs back. Had to Fletcherize this one because of the shoulder, did thrusters RXd, ring dips RXd, situps instead of pushups (pushing straight out is the worst movement for the shoulder right now), HSPUs I did strict but to AbMat, and bear crawls RXd. Done that way, TT was 31:04.

    Had 6 guys total this AM.. music was rockin the neighborhood. Fun times!

  2. Oh man.. that was amazing today. I cut round 2 and 4 in half in order to survive. Did box dip instead of ring dips and regular pushups. Great energy in the gym today with the six suffering together.

  3. This one was tough, but a good one! Did the thrusters RX'd, Ring dips RX'd, PU's RX'd, subbed 75 lb barbell overhead presses for the HSPUs, and subbed 10 Burpees for the bear crawl. 34:54
