Jason, you are Michael Jordan. I can't imagine adding 12" to the jumps. Did this one today with a 24" BJ (not steps) and (4) 400m rows. TT: 12:25 Then finished with 50 GHD's and 100 pushups.
OK I suck. I have done little WODing in the past few weeks with getting sick for a week, traveling 3X, etc. I did this with 500M rows and 30" step-ups... which I can barely do. 14:28.
A 36-inch box jump is a high jump, but did it RX. The last runs were done with jello legs from the jumping.
