Dudes my back really had a pulled muscle bad. There is still a physical lump there. So first WOD in several days today, in a hotel room in Chicago. Did Angie without the pullups, which ain't Angle. Short on time. Didn't time it, but I can say I did the situps and the squats unbroken. I felt the burn.
Did this RX'd @ 9:36. original goal was under 12 but once I was on FS #3 of the final round at 8:00 I knew I could break 10 minutes. Did entire final set unbroken one move to the next.
I want to be humble, but I also like the blog for accountability. You guys can go harder than this... come on guys, you are bad asses. Don't let your mind get in the way. I can't do Nancy... and I am going to California today through Wed for yet ANOTHER trip (three in a row).. gonna rest tomorrow, then will do hotel WODs Tues and Wed. Home midnight Wed.
Got back on the wagon this morning. Was tired and low back was stiff again, but I made it to the gym.

Did Randy this am. Moster PR 3:47 vs. 5:10. So I'll happily take that.
