Row 500, 30 reps @body weight, Row 1000, 20 reps @body weight Row 2000, 10 reps @body weigth for time

This was a good little WOD. I warmed up at teh gym and set up my bench and rower. I'm doing the 500 meters, finish and head to the bench... only to find someone had decided to use it. Grrrr!!! So, not wanting to waste time, I loaded up the hammer strength w/185 and pounded out a few sets of 15-8-8. THe 2nd and 3rd lift I got my bench back and was able to at least do the rest as RX'd but there is a big difference in the hammer bench and regular bench. The 2000 meter row was a grind, but steady.

    Can't bench so I subbed 2.5:1 pushups to bench. So 75, 50, and 25 pushups respectively per round, total of 150 pushups and 3,500M rowing and the garage was 82 degrees. Ouch.

    Gay, wanted to break 20.

    last 2K row was done in 7:50, last 25 pushups unbroken. Pushed hard at the end but couldn't get under 20. If this comes up again I am going to get pissed and break 20. Who knows what tomorrow will bring. Viva La CrossFit.

  2. Spent the weekend in Bozeman, MT with the girlfriend, so no WODs for me. But, we did hike to the "M" on Saturday which was about a 3/4 mile hike up, then we ran down the more gradual 1 1/2 mile trail. Overall, a good little workout.

    You guys smoked me.

    500m row - 2:30ish
    30 bench press @ 185#

    1000m row - 4:55ish
    20 bench press @ 195#

    2000m row - 9:50
    30 bench press @ 135#

    TT = 42:01

    I could barely reach across my shoulders this morning to shower. I have a feeling my chest will be sore for a few days.
