  1. Missed the AMRAP yesterday because I had to be to work early, but I did this one this morning and am hoping to get into the gym one more time before the long weekend. Just couldn't get going and find a good rhythm this morning. I think my best stretch of DU's was only about 25.

    I want to give this one another go sometime because I think sub-10 is very doable if a guy could string together 30-35 DU's at a time.

  2. I want to make this one up. Helped my sister move yesterday and TWEAKED my back (like it hurts to breathe... neat) hauling all her shit up 3 flights of stairs in 93 degree heat was just awesome.

    Today I made up a WOD from April.

    5 rounds of swim 25 meters underwater
    50 squats

    The underwater swims were insane when you can't breathe. What an experience.
