  1. Wow... rope climbs are hard. I did the RC's RX'd... but they did slow me down, had to recover in between em'. Scaled squats to 135 (I know, what a puss) because my legs are whipped from mountain biking and Jag28 from yesterday... and I have two customer golf events the next two days in a row and I can't totally suck (which I do when I my legs are jello).

    Anyway.. blah blah blah... TT 16:40. Those main site girls beat my ass. WTF.

    Had Jesus here.. rugby dude.. 19 years old, he has NEVER done RC's.. got it done in 29 minutes. Last set of 5 RC's took him 12 minutes. He had MANY failed attempts, but he did not quit. It was awesome to see him perservere through that. He did all sets of squats unbroken, he is a squatting machine.

  2. Snatched85kg today and just missed 88kg for a pr, hit 100kg power clean and then just missed 107 for another pr, so I think I am getting stronger. Not sure were my met con ability is but I was thinking for tomorrow.

  3. Nice job on the rope climbs Craig. I don't have a rope but may get one to hang in one of the trees in the back yard. I did me some bench press last night. Nothing too impressive but it felt good to do that lift again.

  4. Started the morning workouts this morning. 5 am came way too soon, but it's nice to have the workout out of the way to open up some golf time this evening.

    Did the 21-15-9 L-up/BE WOD first, then 5x3 OHS.

    5x3 95#'s for all 5 sets. Shoulders have lost quite a bit of flexibility. So, each set felt progressively better.

    Fletch, I'm extremely jealous of your rope and "being forced" to go golfing for work 2 days in a row.

    Speaking of the main site, I hope that is not a dude on the "Rest Day" photo.
