Make Yourself Feel Like a Newbie

  1. Did this super simple sounding wod at the end of oly day today. 3 rounds row 250/10 ring row 30 seconds rest between rounds..

    Hahahahaahahaah. I would love hear how all of you do?! Set up the rings about six inches higher than your 30 inch box and try and to do them rows strict, full extesion on the bottom and touch chest at the top, with the feet on the box and the body straight.

    All I will say is my form was terrible and I barely finished in 6.5ish minutes.
