  2. Fletcher,I may try to kick your ass at the chief on sunday, in the meantime try this. Minutes of CTB followed by minutes of 20# vest pullups.

    CTBs got 8 and 7. It is so crazy to me how hard those get...when they go away they go away then wait two minutes then 20# vest got through 10 rounds and 6 reps.

    I expect to be sore.

  3. Craig that was quite the number to shoot for, but it wasn't happening with me. Metcon's kick my ass hard. I tried to maintain a 4 round pace throughout and I made it.

    360 reps total.

  4. Good to have you back Chris! I was stoked that I got 5 full rounds in the last interval. It was very hard.. .made me feel like some shit afterwards to be honest. Pushed myself to the edge.

  5. Made this one up last night. Couldn't quite reach the 5 round mark, but I tried. I think I lost a little time between starting my timer and getting going on cleans, but not 60 reps worth.

    Rd 1 - 4 rounds + 3 cleans (75)
    Rd 2 - 4 rounds + 3 cleans (75)
    Rd 3 - 4 rounds + 3 cleans & 6 PU's (81)
    Rd 4 - 4 rounds (72)
    Rd 5 - 4 rounds (72)

    Total = 400

    As expected, that one minute rest got shorter and shorter each round. Thought I could ramp up in rounds 3, 4, and 5, but my round 3 ended up killing me in the end.
