  2. I did Helen in 10:24, first round slowed me way down cos pullups were on rings. Subbed 400M rows. Had the rugby team captain do it with me... it wrecked him. He was shocked...and dry heaving. Fun times. Chelle had 8 girls here for a WOD today. We have a ton of gear now.... 5 bars, more rubber, like 10 KB's, 6 abmats, all kinds of stuff.
