AMRAP in 20 minutes: 5 CTB, 5 RD, 15 squats

  1. Today I had the rugby dudes over and we did Badger. It was gnarly. TT 36:00 even. I ran one 800M, rowed 800M for the first two rounds. Cramped up during the rowing. HARD WOD. Rugby dudes were devastated.

    Oh... Badger is 3 rounds of 30 95 lb squat cleans (hardest part of WOD), 30 pullups, Run 800.
