5 rounds of Cleans & Wall Balls

5 comments:

  1. Continued on the early morning workouts this morning. Had a little trouble getting going this morning. Lower back was a little stiff, but I made it. Subbed 45# thrusters for WB's.

    TT = 10:37

    Was hoping to be sub-10, but cleans really snuck up on me and I was gassed by the end. There's the mark. Go get 'em fellas.

  2. As RX'd and man what a lung burner this was for me. I had sub-10 in my sights but I blew my wad doing rounds 1 & 2 unbroken(3:09. After that the wheels came off. Your time is safe with me Mike. Nice work!

    TT: 11:29

  3. As RX'd... I can do 10 foot wall balls now without going to the side of the house cos' of my rope climbing chute. Had the rugby dudes over at 6:15 AM to meet me before my golf outing.

    One of them.. the captain, is Jesus Flores. He is a bad dude. He and I went head to head, except that his wall ball target was 8 feet and mine was 10. Still, this dude is 19 and has only been CrossFitting for two weeks and I can already see him getting stronger and faster.

    I got 8:18 and he got 8:30. I was going at a murderous pace trying to stay ahead of him. It all came down to the last round that I almost did unbroken. Went 7/3 on the PCs and the WB's were unbroken. He fell apart a little bit on that last round of WBs. Next best time was 13:40, then 14, then 19 minutes for the other guys. The other 3 did 115 lbs as well. Golfing yet again tomorrow.. not gonna WOD. Will do tomorrow's on Saturday, looks like a cool one.

  4. 11:32...where's my mojo.

    Yesterday did heavy clean and jerk and finished with tabata row for calories. What is your tabata row score Fletcher? I bet you hit ten if you were in one of your crazy zones.

  5. Forgot my tabata row was 8, think I could maybe get 9, that is why I figure 10 for fletcher.
