  2. 12:12 as rx'd. Push ups slowed me way down after round four, why? Cause I suck at push ups:) Nice double Fletcher. My left hamstring still had me gunshy of all out sprints but I let the legs go a little in the last round.

  3. The last 5 of the push-ups were only 10 instead of 15.
