I subbed 100M rows, Jason did it RX'd, AFTER doing our version of the midline March. Craig 11:47Jason 13 even
12:12 as rx'd. Push ups slowed me way down after round four, why? Cause I suck at push ups:) Nice double Fletcher. My left hamstring still had me gunshy of all out sprints but I let the legs go a little in the last round.
The last 5 of the push-ups were only 10 instead of 15.TT10:58.48
