10 ropes, lunges, ring dips, lunges, MUs

  1. 13:47 without the MUs, and did 50 ring dips FIRST and then the RCs (which is not the right order), but I had Jason here so we switched the sequence since I have just one rope.

    First time I have done RCs since reinjuring the arm. This type of pulling doesn't hurt very much.... but pullups are still a bad thing.
