back squat 5-5-5-5-5

  1. Jason and I did this and also did the should press part of the SP/pullups WOD from the other day. As always, I cannot truly go heavy with the squats but it's always good to get some squats in.

    Shoulder press max reps:
    Craig
    135 (2 - lame!) 115 (8) 95 (15) 65 (27)
    Jason
    125 (5 PP's) 115 (7 PPs) 95 (6) 65 (21)

    Back Squats 5-s
    Craig 135-205-225-235
    Jason 145-185-185 back tweaked so he did as many slow deep air squats unbroken as he could muster... 71
