21-15-9 Complex

I think if I practiced some I might be able to make the transition from dead lifts and cleans to snatches at 155#s, but even then i could never finish this rep scheme at my current strength level, so I scaled the bar to 135# and did the muscle ups on the rings. It was still a great wod for me. I could not string any muscle ups together. I went for a double at the very end to go sub 10 minutes and i missed it. Then I missed my next to attempts and finally finished at 10:42.

    It is really hard to fathom the combination of skills it takes to do this wod the way the gamers do, especially the girl that went unbroken on the bar, that was mind boggling.
