Jason went RX'd in 17:05 I subbed 25 dead lifts @ 145 for the pull-ups, messed around for a good 30 seconds putting on a lifting belt because my back was smoked. 16:27. The pushups were "perfect pushups" and the box jumps were step ups. And the diapers were Huggies brand with little purple flowers.
I went for a pull up pr out of the gate and I got it at 32 in a row, so that was really cool for about 15 seconds until I tried to continue with the workout. Smoked my whole body and everything hurt the rest of the way out. Finished right around 18:20 in a pile of sweat. Fun wod. Low back is tight but not terribly sore and I could not get full range of motion on the GHDs.
