The Midline March

  1. We changed this up. We did GHDs both hands to the floor, and 30 handstand hand releases for the walks, and did a 200 foot walking lunge with 45 lb plate. It was humid and raining this AM. We did this as part of a double with the run/pushup WOD.

    I had a better time doing the hand release things... that last walking lunge was painful.
