5 RFT Deadlifts and Wall balls

  1. I am just not very good at deads anymore... since I don't lift heavy.

    I did this one RX'd in round 1, then scaled to 205 for the rest which felt a lot better for my back.

    TT 11:31. DL's slowed me down big time. Arm is still hosed..... I just don't heal very well.
