Scaled the barbell to 165... 10:44. Did chin-ups, first time I've done any type of pullup in two months. I was really bad at them.
ReplyDeleteJason went 165 DLs and 145 FS's, 12:04 (but he was cleaning the bar to get into FS, I was using a rack).
