This was a really good wod. Held about a 1:56 split pace through the entire row and felt good about that. Got the double unders done in about 8:40, so I was stoked about that. My run was about 3.5 miles through some hilly fields and down to the river. So with a three minute break for the dog to get in some swimming my total time was just under one hour. Great wod.
Just that is awesome. Rich Froning got a dismal 37th on this one. He was walking during the run... must have been cramping bad. The champ is back in 4th place after like 6 WODs.
Wow dude you did really good on this... I did the row in 7:30 and then did the DUs in another 11 I guess? that really sucks... only did 200 DUs too, and called it good. 18:30. Didn't want to do all of the DUs because of the knifing feelings in the knee, as usual...
I'm been working on trying to relax while doing the double unders and I finally think I am getting the hang of it. They still wind me good, but the don't just destroy me like they used to do.
