Dead Lift 3-3-3-3-3

  1. Did this with clean high pulls + 30" box jumps then did some cycles of 30 WB + 30 DUs + MU to try and get to where I can get the muscle up on 12.3 and 13.3.
    155,165,185,200,205,225
    Range of motion decreased as it got heavier but I think it was and interesting movement.
