10 100M running sprints with 90 second breaks

  1. Well, this was fun. Rowing sprints always are. First few were fine, then the devastation incrementally rose. For fun, I posted my times from two years ago to compare to today. The net result was that I was an average of 5/100 of a second slower per interval, given that the total time rowed was 1/2 second longer. LOL. Crazy how extremely close the results were. BUT>>>> today, we had the damper on 10 for all intervals. That was not the case a couple of years ago... back then, I varied it for testing.

  4. Somedays I wish I had a rower, but no today you would have found me running up and down Hoover St. in the dark. The only light was the IPad stopwatch running at the finish line.

I used MapMy Run to measure out the distance and then went to town.

    Here are my times.

  5. Well I fucked that one up.

    10 rounds of 100M, 19.1, 18.8, 18.8, 18.4, 18.7, 18.7, 18.4, 18.2, 18.1, and 17.6.

"well that sure was easy why are Fletcher and Jeff so much slower?" then I realized its 125M row, and I did 5 more rounds:
    22.7
    22.6
    22.0
    Capsize*
    22.8.

*regarding the capsize I was almost through the round at similar pace and flew right off the seat! Got all tangled up and shit! Maybe we install a seatbelt for when od man Harrison rows....
