  1. Hit this Saturday. I really fucked up my ab muscles doing that 8 round run work out with the 12 GHDs per round. I did four rounds unbroken and then four 9 and 3. I stuck to Fletcher's rule of under 100, but I think so many unbroken just destroyed me. I can't straighted up my torso without pain.

    Enough whinning. This went 205x5,225x5,240x5,255x5,275x1,285x1,295x1
    Pretty weak but my core is just destroyed.
