Not at a track so not official, but I did hit all the OHS unbroken and to a dynamax ball and an unofficial PR of 14:20.
I was struggling this morning. My body was tired and I felt so sluggish. And, with my shoulder hurting I subbed front squats for OHS. TT 15:46
Subbed front squats but added 20 extra pounds (went to 115 pounds) because front squats aren't as difficult as OHS... Still did all sets unbroken but that got tough. Rowed 500M for the runs. 15:51 done like that.
