10 jerks, 135 lb.

Did this one today with 145 lbs for Bk squats and 95 lbs for jerks. TT 22:33
ReplyDeleteI started with 125# bk squats and 95# power cleans (I think?). After 2 rounds the power cleans clearly were bad for my shoulder so I subbed those out for box dips (probably not much better for the shoulder) and stopped after 6 rounds. TT 12:00
ReplyDeleteI did this one as rx'd in 23:00. Going to be hard to walk in two days all squats unbroken. Hero wods make me feel profoundly proud, fortunate and sad at the same time.
ReplyDeleteAll squats unbroken? Dude. That's sick. I did the BS's RXd and did power cleans for the jerks for shoulder reasons. Scaled to 115 first 3 rounds, realized shoulder doesn't mind PCs so added 20 lbs to get to 135 for last 4 rounds. 19:41. All squats NOT unbroken, but did do first 3 rounds that way... then went like 6/5, 5/3/3, etc. I fell out of shape there... and still am, working my way back up. Oddly, I am down to 217 lbs right now. 20 lbs down from my all time fattest ass from winter.
