4 RFT: Run 400, 25 sit-up and 25 lunge

    I don't remember my exact time, I do remember is was sub 13:00.

  2. Jason, that is a great time with a brutal sub of lunges. I did this a little different too, since I don't have a great place to run a mile without covering the same ground four times,which doesn't work for my brain, so I did 8 rounds of 400m run 12 GHD situp 15 back extension. It was a good wod. As described in 27:49.
