Rowing sprints: 750M x5 (rest 3 mins in between)

  1. two days ago rode bike to/from work, 36 miles there... yesterday we did the Filthy fifty, I couldn't do the WBs so I subbed 55 lb KB sumos and only did 25 burpees and DUs hurt too much. Torn labrum in shoulder is a real bummer.

    Fortunately, (or not) rowing doesn't bother me... so yay for me! I get to do sprints! Chelle's cousin Brad joined me for the first 3 rounds, he was hating like... we went 3:00, 3:11, 3:31 and bailed.

    My times were as follows:

    2:34.9, 2:42.8. 2:44.7. 2:44.0, 2:47.4

    We did some drinking last night as well... so that obviously never helps.

    I think my times were 2:48, 2:49, 2:50, 2:54 and 2:50.

  6. My abs still hurt like a son of a bitch today. Rowed a real boat all day yesterday, so thought my forearms were going to explode on rounds 4 and 5. Went something like 2:41.6/2:48.9/2:51.7/2:54.9/2:49.5
    Rowing sprints are hard.
