15 min AMRAP 155-lb. squat cleans, 5 reps 5 burpees, jumping over the barbell

  1. Well, sorta like Craig I've been out due to travel, new school schedule for the kids and a tweaked shoulder from ring dips. This was my first back I a while, and I was by myself so I jumped on a barbell WOD.

    I did a scaled version at 115 for the squat cleans. I completed 7 rounds plus 5 squat cleans and 2 Burpees.

The last cycle, first one after 10 days of mostly hiking, left me so sore I could not touch my toes, but I after walking the dog for 40 minutes and warming up for 20 I was able to tackle this one as rx'd. 8 rounds + 1 squat clean. I am going to be so fucking sore tomorrow I am afraid to think about it...
