CTB reverse Fran Ladder

  1. Thanks for the animal comment, but I have to admit when I went to do this one yesterday after the clean and jerks, muscle ups and deadlifts, if I was an animal it was a three toed sloth! Holy painful pile of shit this wod was to me. I made it through the round of 20 thrusters and 10 CTB pullups at the ten minute mark. I am pretty sure I could finish the round of twenty and then some if I wasn't so damn sore.
