12 min AMRAP: 7 Ring Rows, 14 Med Ball Sit ups (20) and 21 Med Ball Cleans (20)

  1. So I am still getting used to the new school schedule, the kids have to get up so early and the past two days Jane has been crazy sick so I have been balancing a WOD and getting kids up and out the door. With that I have done shorter, but effective WODS.

    Today was this little gem. I have been struggling with a shoulder thing to, I think I tweaked by Bicep tendon. So I did the ring rows for the first 4 rounds then skipped them and went straight to the Sit-ups and Cleans.

    I completed 4 full rounds + sit-ups and 15 cleans.
