5 RFT rope/ttb/rope/dbsc's

  1. Having a torn labrum sucks, and it is a long, long road to recovery. Generally it's just pushing movements that bother me, so today I tried rope climbs for the first time in a couple of months. Scaled the DBSCs to 35 lbs each hand for the shoulder... did the rest RX'd until round 5 where I was forced to stop doing RCs. Shoulder was stinging and popping starting with the second rope climb. GOt through 4 rounds in 15:30, then the last round without RCs was another 3 more minutes. I've gotten out of shape big time lately. Injury, travel, sickness, too much indulging, etc. and there you go.

  2. Did this one yesterday (Sunday) and was lacking the electricity I needed. Thus 22:09 for 5 RDS.

  3. I forgot to ask you what you did for the dumbbell squats?
