  1. Haven't done pullups hardly at all with the labia... or I mean labrum problem. Today I tried to do them about 3/4 range of motion and that didn't bother the injury... so I maintained that throughout. KBs were RX'd and unbroken each time, BJs were step-ups. Done this way... 11 rounds + 10 pullups + 2 KBS at the buzzer. collapsed onto the ground.

  2. Done RX - finished 8 full + 8 pull ups. I'm a bit disappointed, I think I could have pushed harder. Either way this one will leave a mark.

  3. Fletcher, what is your doctor telling you about the torn labrum? In my experience representing people(as a lawyer not claiming to be a doctor) with that injury it is often one that requires surgery, but the surgery has a very high success rate and is not too bad as far as recovery? Just curious. Hope you start feeling better soon my friend.

I did this one as rx'd. I got nine rounds + 3 pull ups at the buzzer. I felt I should have push harder too. I got a little pissed at myself and went unbroken on pull ups and kettlebells in round nine, but then I could barely do the box jumps...

Good work out. While never "happy" to see a new hero wod, glad to see the main site putting up some female heroes too.

If cross fit has done one thing, it has proven conclusively that there is not really anything that a woman can't do physically that a man can do. Sure some asshole will point out that the women at the crossfit games use less weight than the men, but guess what, so will that asshole and at least 99.9 percent of the men in the world.

  4. I subbed GHDs in for the pull-ups (shoulder=bad), 35#(first 5) 53#(last 3) KBs, and box jumps. 7 rounds plus 10 GHDs and 15 53# KBs.

  5. Did this one with Craig this am. Subbed 24" box steps for the jumps to limit the pounding on my lower back. Finished 10 rds, 10 PU's.
