  1. All those squats yesterday took a pretty gnarly toll on my ability to kip and my burpees. I rested a lot and just made it my goal to finish. Very slow but as rx'd 17:18.

  2. All those squats yesterday took a pretty gnarly toll on my ability to kip and my burpees. Oh, wait.. that's what The Strong said. Same here man, same here. I went a bit faster but still... I am a wreck. My left quad has a little lump in it and my leg is kind of vibrating internally. LOL. Not sure Manion RX'd is safe? :-)

  3. My legs ache something fierce. I had no wind today. Just wanted to get through this one.

    No Thrusters for me tomorrow. My body needs a rest and I'm going to listen to it.
