  1. Wow this one was horrid, still feel like crap 30 minutes later. I have become quite in tune with my body and when I am redlining. I was fully redlined a lot of the time on this one. I Fletcherized it as follows.

    7 Ring Dips
    Thrusters @ 125
    K2E
    DL @ 185
    burpees
    KBS @ 54 lbs
    pullups

    TT 29:35. I pushed HARD to get under 30 the last two rounds, especially round 7 that I got in about 3:55. Then I laid on my back for 7 or 8 minutes literally. One of the harder WODs even as modified.

  2. Ok that sucked really bad. I forgot how tough this WOD was. I scaled a couple things;

    115# Thrusters
    205# Deadlifts

    Missed you by 3 fucking seconds.

    TT: 29:38, about a minute of my PR.
