Shoulder Press 5x3

  1. Damn, got 165x3 and just missed 175x2 and a half. It does make me feel good cause 170 was a wall for me forever and so was 175, so 2x175 is okay.

    I thought I was maybe not resting enough in between so I attempted 130 again after more rest. Still failed, but I did get 1 more rep in.
