  1. I subbed ring dips. They slowed me down in rounds 3-5. I expected this to be horrible and it did not disappoint. 21:35. Word of warning if you do bench be careful, my body was not prepared at all for the ring dips in round one. I am certain I would have dropped the bar on myself if I was benching. Take 5 to 10 seconds to compose yourself. Oh yeah, watch out for Pukie on this one he is lurking at the end of every row.

  2. Damn.. I was sucking wind. Bench got pretty toughin round 3. I realized that not trying to do the bench unbroken was the way to go and saves energy. 6-8 at a time is probably better (for me). As it was, I knocked it out in under 20 minutes 18:11

  3. I used 100#s for the bench. I think I could of gone a little higher on the weights. Last 2 sets of bench were 8 and 6 reps.

  4. First WOD in almost two weeks... not sure what is wrong with me. Hopefully just a long lasting cold but it's been really weird. I did this RX'd... rowed slow cos high heart rate was hurting my head.

    Would have been done in under 17 but I failed the last bench, just couldn't do it... had to lay it on my lap then roll it off my legs onto the ground, get up and re rack it! LOL! tried to bang out the last 5 in a row and could not. Did the first three sets of bench unbroken. No chance on last two, muscles wore down! Good to be back in the saddle.

  5. Oh, and Justinius, I did take 5-10 seconds to compose myself before the benching... was good advice.
