  1. The law of gravity sucks ass when you weigh 215 instead of 200. Did ass to floor footless climbs. Had trouble finishing set 2&3 in 2-4. 18:35. Who would have thought you use so many chest muscles to climb that rope, push USO hurt!

    Chel and I did a 1 hour 40 minute bike ride last night... then went out for dinner and had beer, bread, and pasta... so ya, a little gluten overload which left me feeling bloated and not so wonderful this AM.
