  1. I'm back after 6 days... first WOD was this here hero WOD because you just aren't allowed to skip hero WODs!

    TT 24:41, RX'd. Wall climbs were clearly the tough spot especially last two rounds... had to dig deep. I did touch my chest to the wall every time, and I did bring my feet down in plank slowly every time, which is what made them suck so bad.

    Had 3 friends meet me in the garage at 6AM too, which was bad ass. Somersaults were wacky. Fun WOD. RIP Adrian... damn....
