I did this by combining it with the OHSx3.S=95x2+3,105x2+3,115x2+3,125x2+3,135x2+3,145x2+1,155x1+3,165x1+3That was a good wod.
I agree, very good WOD. I like that lift alot. I liked your idea Justin, so I did the same.95x2+3,105x2+3,115x2+3,125x2+3,135x2+3,145x2+3,135x2+3Form went to shit on 145, so I dropped back down to 135 for my last set.
