  1. This just plain sucked today. I was slow on everything. Pullups took me nearly 9 minutes to complete.

  2. Man am I getting old or what? Pullups took me 9:18 as well... and not for lack of trying, I was giving it all I had but I was weak.

    Pushed like a bastard on the squats to get under 20 minutes. My legs were BURNING. Started this WOD at 0 600 hours... that's tough as well. Big meeting with my CFO's staff this AM, a little nervous. Angie calmed me down.

  3. I am old as well. Pull ups in 7:30, then pushups slow, but it was sips and squats that were embarrassing. 24:12. I just know I was not doing this as rxd in the past for rom.

    Pullups were painful. Somehow I have injured my right lat so it makes these more difficult. Still.. did them. Situps were bad too. Blah
