Death by L-Pullup

    Did this in 17:40 with the best form I could muster.

    Also, I think I have probably crippled myself for a week because before I even started this morning coughing would cause me to double over in pain because of how bad my ab muscles hurt from the 20# GHD wall balls. The only word to describe my decision to do this work out this morning is "stupid".

  2. Justin that wall ball WOD wrecked me as well. My abs have been so sore I haven't been able to workout. I don't think the L-pullups are in my game plan for today, but good job doing this one.

  3. Looks like I got "lucky" in not doing the GHD WOD. Did you guys see that the GHD WB's were with 10 pounds and the 2 fer 1's were with 20? I was wondering if you used a 20# for all of it?

    I did this one in 13:01. Pretty much did singles throughout. Up, down. Stand there.. up, down, stand there... I think my form was pretty good but if there was a judge standing there looking for a perfect 90 degrees with perfectly straight legs I would have been busted about 87 times I bet :-)
