  1. Between the heavy squats and the bent over rows, my lower back does not dig this at all and is still barking at me an hour and a half later. Fletcher, I would definitely not to the bent over rows if I was you. I think ring rows would do just as good of a job on the same muscles without taxing the lower back. Either way this was a damned gasses. It had me walking a couple of times on the runs just to catch my breath.

Fat and slow but rx'd 26:59

  2. Nice one. This WOD is similar to the gasser from two weeks ago (11/2) which was Row 500 meters
    21 Burpees
    Run 400 meters

I have a bed bug problem in my house. My house is torn apart, working on it day and night. I am whooped... might WOD tomorrow... not today. Tearing through everything.

Anyone can get bed bugs. They travel on clothes, in your suitcase, anything. You get a female in your house and it's all over. Months later = infestation if you don't catch it early. Little bastards. 99% of our problem is gone. Tore my daugthers furniture apart today (before throwing it out) and I did find a few more living bugs. First I've seen in 6 days.

  3. Did this yesterday. I ran 400M 2 rounds, and rowed 500M 3 rounds. I also did ring rows but I elevated my feet up on a 20" box. Rule for these was full lockout on the bottom and knuckles to nipples on the top or NO REP. I did have 2 failed reps in there. I played around with the bent over rows with 50 lb DBs before the WOD and found them to be easier and faster than the ring rows but I don't want to do that to my lower back.

    TT 26:37. Burpees.

  4. Was going to mention that I preferred the running over the rowing because the rowing made the ring rows really tough... and there is no transition. I wish I could run more.
